I am Tim Marsh, and I have spent years building business systems in Notion for owners who had outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of disconnected apps.

I have migrated businesses off tools like Coda and Monday, and the same lesson keeps repeating: owners do not want more software to wrestle with, they want a system that fits their business and that they can change themselves.

That is why I built the CBMS. It is the complete system I wished my clients could start from: finished, connected, and fully customisable, so you own it rather than rent it. I do not just hand it over, I provide information on how it works so you can shape it as your business changes.

My design is informed by my decades of experience and incorporates core principals for deep focus, keeping information where it’s needed, and having one single source of truth.
