What we collect and why
Newsletter. We collect your email address, a timestamp, your consent, and the source or UTM when you subscribe. We use it to send the updates you asked for and news about the CBMS. It is held in Kit (ConvertKit).
Purchases and bookings. Calendly collects your name, email, chosen time and any optional message when you buy the CBMS or book a call. The information is used to take payment, schedule and hold the session. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Analytics and cookies. Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data, including device, browser, approximate location from your IP address, and pages and actions you take, only after you consent through the cookie banner. We use this to understand and improve the site.
Consent and processors
We collect only what you give us or consent to, and analytics cookies run only once you accept them. We share information with Kit for the newsletter, Calendly for purchases and bookings, PayPal for payments, Google Analytics 4 for analytics, and Hostinger as our host, only to provide these services. Each has its own privacy terms.
These providers store and process data outside Australia, for example in the United States and the European Union. By using the site you acknowledge this cross-border handling, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8.
Retention, rights and security
We keep newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, purchase and booking records for a reasonable period, and analytics data according to the GA4 retention setting. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or make a privacy complaint, using the form below. We respond within a reasonable time.
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, though no online service can be perfectly secure. The site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We may update this policy and will change the effective date at the top; material changes will be highlighted.
