These terms govern use of notionsetup.com, operated by Notion Setup (ABN 54 913 577 883). By using the site you agree to them.

What the site does

The site provides information about the CBMS, a way to buy the CBMS and book its setup, a newsletter, paid call bookings and a blog. It is informational, and nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice.

The product sale

The CBMS is currently sold directly by Notion Setup as a paid setup, booked and paid through Calendly and PayPal for its listed price. What you receive is the CBMS set up in your Notion account together with purchasable guided training, delivered through a booked session. When the CBMS later becomes available on the Notion templates marketplace, purchases made there will be governed by Notion's and the marketplace's own terms rather than these.

The CBMS has been built and tested, but may still have scope for improvement, and its functionality may change over time as a result of changes made by Notion, browser providers, or other technology outside the control of Notion Setup. We work to ensure the CBMS is designed well, but cannot guarantee it will be unaffected by such third-party platform changes.

Your responsibility and business loss

It is your responsibility to ensure the CBMS meets your needs. To the extent permitted by law, Notion Setup is not responsible for any business loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the CBMS. Nothing in this excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bookings, payments and refunds

The CBMS setup and any paid calls are booked and paid through Calendly and PayPal. Cancellation and rescheduling follow the terms shown at the time of booking. Rescheduling is offered and refunds are at our discretion, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Other conditions

Subscribing to the newsletter places you under no obligation to buy, and you can leave at any time. The site content, the CBMS and all related materials are owned by Notion Setup and may not be copied or resold except as permitted by a purchase licence. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

We link to third parties, for example the marketplace, YouTube and social profiles, and are not responsible for their content. The site is provided as is, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law and changes

The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these terms, with its courts having jurisdiction. We may update these terms, and continued use means you accept the current version.
